Yeah, cause politicians always look after things so well! I’d suggest you listen to Anna Meares, newly appointed Chef de Mission for the 2024 Paris Olympics, and her comments on SEN this morning about those who suggest athletes should stay in their lanes. Superbly said and exposing the hypocrisy of those who suggest it.
Secondly, I’m wondering where I suggested that I ‘hate’ the idea of the World Cup. I certainly dislike the laws of the hosts and the treatment of many of its residents and visitors, yet the football is beautiful and the opportunity to expose their awfulness and make significant change, just as the F1 drivers have done in Saudi Arabia in recent years, is something to be embraced and acted upon.

So to suggest that people who do not embrace the concept of universal love nor practise tolerance, are foolish and lacking in worldly and emotional intelligence is narrow minded? Yeesh. More like calling out those infringing on the human rights of others.

Not detaining/killing someone due to their sexual preference has nothing to do with politics. Protecting workers with basic rights is also not political. They are called fundamental human rights that are meant to be protected around the globe. Rogue states that refuse to do so should be called out constantly.

I knew I liked you. I’m always intrigued by the capitalist that invests hope and faith in those who ascend to positions of power and control. Yeah…..their good will is certain to help the masses! All the while the social gaps expand. People hoodwinked by conservative capitalists.

Something tells me Fozz is going to rip in and all power to him. However, you can keep Zelic to yourself, her role in Stajcic-gate was significant, ill-formed and toxic. Makes me sick thinking about it to this very day.

I was thinking Chris Hemsworth as Arnie and Rowan Atkinson as the witch doctor. Perhaps Garang Kuol played by Chris Rock and Ed Sheeran with a cameo role as Andrew Redmayne.

I’ve reviewed that stat Rob9 and you are correct. I interpreted ‘cumulative’ in a different way. My apologies. Still most viewed but the figure you describe is correct.

Incorrect. Figure is available on the RLWC website. Just 18 million across more than the twenty matches held to that point would be disgraceful.

Each and every match has been shown on the BBC in the UK. As of November 6, they were citing an average of 18.7 millions viewers per match. Based on the size of their market and the greater interest from new and now more competitive nations, this edition of the cup will be the most viewed, with the extrapolated and final figures yet to be confirmed.
